GETTING HERE

DRIVING

Keswick is 20 minutes drive from junction 40 on the M6.

Exit the M6 at Junction 40 (Penrith). Go west on A66 - 18 miles to Keswick.
Take the sliproad left for Keswick go left at the T junction and then right at the next T Junction (B5271) signposted ‘town centre’.
Pass the BP fuel station then fire/ambulance station on the left. Turn next left just before then Millfield care home onto Blencathra Street.
After 200 metres Blencathra Street bears 90 degrees right, continue straight at this point and follow up the hill veering left into Brandlehow Crescent.
Follow the road round Burns Knott is number 39 on the left side.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

By Train – Take the train on the West Coast line to Penrith – direct from London Euston, Glasgow or Manchester Airport. The bus (X5 Stagecoach) leaves from outside the station to Keswick.

By coach – National Express operate a daily service into Keswick arriving in the evening.
